Tom Vek - Aroused

As part of our 'preparation' for the A2 side of the course, the class was given a task to create our own music video for a song for about a minute long. In a group of 4, we decided to go for the song 'Aroused' by Tom Vek. The quirky style and attitude that the song had gave a lot of room to try things out and make the video different to the norm. We used a green screen throughout to give a constant change of scenery although we still made it obvious we didn't venture out. To work the green screen you would film in front of it like usual then add a chroma keyer in the post-production phase to eliminate a certain colour (in this case green) and underlay it with whatever you put on the next layer video track beneath the current one. The random images displayed behind each person for every shot helped to hint at the personality or sense of direction each character had.
